FPS Apparel Named 2021 SAGE 'A+' Supplier

 

Chester, NY: For a FIFTH consecutive year ad-specialty clothing manufacturer FPS Apparel has been recognized as an A+ Supplier by SAGE for 2021. SAGE’s ratings come directly from distributor feedback throughout the year. The rating metric encompasses all areas of business including:  Customer Service, Delivery, Product Quality, Decoration Quality, and Problem Resolution. Since receiving an A rating in 2016, FPS Apparel has received an A+ rating each of the 5 years since.

 

The top rating came during a turbulent year for the company. Faced with being temporarily closed as a non-essential business in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FPS Apparel quickly shifted its product line to manufacture masks and other PPE. Just a couple months later the company had produced over 3 million masks, becoming one of the leading suppliers of custom PPE in the promotional industry. "It was important to us to maintain our quality, delivery, and customer service even after going through so much growth " company Vice President Dan Feinberg said of the rating, "to be recognized as an A+ supplier this year, of all years, feels even better."
