FPS Apparel Recognized Again as a SAGE A+ Supplier

 

Florida, NY: For a FOURTH consecutive year ad-specialty clothing manufacturer FPS Apparel has been recognized as an A+ Supplier by SAGE for 2020. SAGE’s ratings come directly from distributor feedback throughout the year. The rating metric encompasses all areas of business including:  Customer Service, Delivery, Product Quality, Decoration Quality, and Problem Resolution. Since receiving an A rating in 2016, FPS Apparel has received an A+ rating each of the 4 years since.

 

The top rating came as no surprise to company President, Jay Feinberg. “We’ve been working really hard this year to improve our quality control, provide outstanding customer service, and deliver an exceptional product to the customer every single time”, Feinberg said. “Our production processes are now almost entirely in-house, where we’re able to have better oversight of every order to ensure complete satisfaction from the beginning of the quote through delivery of the product.”  

 

FPS is excited about their top rating for 2020 but also looking forward to next year, where they will focus again on delivering top quality custom products and customer service.
